Margarita Granado-Estes, 65, of Libertyville, IL passed away Monday, May 14, 2007 at Holy Family Hospital in Des Plaines. She was born April 7, 1942 in San Antonio, TX and was a former resident of Vernon Hills where she attended St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church. Surviving are her husband, Gerald A. Estes III of Libertyville; nine children, Martha (Robert) Reyes of Ingelside, Domingo (Mary) Granado of Island Lake, Arthur Granado of Round Lake, Rosalinda Kucharski of Lake Villa, Sheila (Ben) Skurka of Bolingbrook, Cynthia (David) Turner of Syracuse, NY, Ambrose Granado of Houston, TX, Edward and Christopher Granado both of Round Lake Beach; nine grandchildren, Timothy, Rosalinda, Robert, Rudy, Samantha, Kyle, Amber, Timothy (Amber) and Edward; and three great grandchildren, Marcellus, Merah and Elijah. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM on Friday, May 18, 2007 with services during the visitation at 7 PM at the BURNETT-DANE FUNERAL HOME, 120 W. Park Ave (Rt. 176), Libertyville. Info: 847-362-3009. Maggie showed me the true meaning of what love really is. She must have known that I'd eventually discover the card she left behind. It's message, "In case I haven't told you strongly enough or often enough, deeply or sweetly or softly enough...I love you." will be an everlasting reminder that she is the most beautiful, compassionate and inspiring person I have ever known.
