Jennifer A. Forbes

December 10, 1975 - January 29, 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Jennifer A. Forbes announce her passing on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the age of 46, in Antioch, Illinois. Jennifer was so much more than the struggles she endured. She loved her family dearly and we take comfort in knowing that Jennifer is now at peace. Jennifer was born December 10, 1975 in Springfield, IL, raised in Dixon, IL where was a graduate of Dixon High School in 1994. She joined the United States Air Force after high school and served from 1995 to 2003 and also the Air National Guard of Illinois. Jennifer received her funeral director and embalmer license from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1997. A career change, led her to the College of Lake County for a Certificate in Surgical Technology and at the time of her death and she had a home-based business on Etsy. Jennifer is survived by her children, Chloe, Caleb, and Noah Kwasiborski; sister, Forbes (Jesse) Hendrix; and parents, Earl and Mary Forbes. Also, aunt Frances (Robert) Thompson; aunt Dianne (Kenneth) Couch; cousin Brian Couch, and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held from 3:00 p.m. until time of services at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday February 9, 2022 at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W Park Avenue in Libertyville, Illinois. There will be a private burial at Fairmount Cemetery in Polo, Illinois. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Lambs Farm in Libertyville, Illinois, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.
