Eleanor G. Rochon

Eleanor G. Rochon, 87, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2013 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. She was born June 27, 1926 in Chicago and also had been a resident of Morton Grove and Lindenhurst, living in Mundelein for the past four years. Eleanor had been a bookkeeper at Walgreens in Morton Grove for 15 years and enjoyed puzzles, her children and grandchildren. Surviving are two sons, Steven (Mary) Rochon of Mundelein and Richard Rochon of Kenosha, WI; four grandchildren, Andrew, Samuel, Nicole, Brett and her sister, Elizabeth Kempski of Antioch. She was preceded in death by her husband John in 2001 and by her son Michael in 2009. Funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday Dec. 10, 2013 at St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, 22333 W. Erhart Road, Mundelein. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home Ltd., 120 W.
